Artist Anna Schapiro will present a site-specific work in a space in the former home of the Jewish Oppenheim family, which currently houses OP ENHEIM. In this work that is accompany the exhibition "Putting Things Back. Jewish Breslauers and their Objects," Schapiro explores the layers of histories encapsulated in these objects, the cumulative stories they convey and the way these invisible and neglected pasts still weave themselves into the present. In this work, Schapiro is engageing with the exhibition space by creating new layers of spatial plasticity printed on to the walls of OP ENHEIM.
